Important facts from the October 7, 2009 Special Meeting Minutes

1.  Debbie Blasingame explained the new process for Project Management.  Each project has a folder and will be managed by a member of the club.

2.  No changes to the by-laws by the district.

3.  Letters requesting donations reviewed by the new board.

4.  Meeting time and place to remain the same.

5.  Meeting agenda will be altered to allow social time.

6.  Board meetings will be in the evening

7.  The club voted to subscribe to the "on-line Club Resources program.

8.  Proposed budgets for both accounts reviewed.

1.  Outstanding membership dues.

5.  A social activity form will be given to each member for their input.

6.  New name badges have been ordered.

7.  A Kiwanis Information Refresher class will be presented for all members.

8.  Self promotion of Kiwanis on TSPN

9.  Have requested to host a Chamber Mixer.

10. The candy wagon is getting a face lift.

11. Candy wagon open November 13 and runs through November 25th.
